The food that you put into your body makes a huge different in anyone’s performance and recovery, no matter what their level of activity. We have learned this the hard way (note: no greasy, alfredo pasta from an Italian restaurant the night before a race) and by eating right and feeling fantastic on the trail when we do.

Hilary, our founder, has been a lifetime vegetarian but hasn’t always been the healthiest vegetarian. Recently, Hilary became a Certified Nutritionist to educate herself and to learn more about a subject that has always enticed her.

Most of the recipes and tips we share are healthy and delicious options for refueling, fueling and enjoying mealtime!
